Restrap has developed a new process for customers to order Custom Frame Bags.Using three simple steps, the new process has been developed around our new Custom Frame Kit which can be ordered from our website (photo attached).By using a simple grid system, combined with image upload directly to our site, the new manufacturing process has removed the need to mail templates to our workshop. 

Our Custom Frame Bags

Our Custom Frame Bags are made to any design, to fit any frame, and come as standard with :●  One large main compartment with optional internal velcro divider (right side/drive side). ●  (optional) longer slender document pocket (left side/non-drive side). ●  YKK zips, textured nylon outer and VX21 fabrics. ●  Tough, durable and versatile design. ●  Slot for camelback/dynamo positioned on the top of the bag. ●  Finished with our classic label (PU leather/vegan-friendly). ●  Choice of colours – black, grey, olive, navy and digital camouflage. Advanced in-house manufacturingWe are continually developing our manufacturing processes to advance our range of products.From in-house 3D printing, through to custom made parts for our own machinery, we now have the flexibility to sample, test processes and fabrics, and introduce unique services and products to our customers.Thanks to this, we can now offer customers a three tier price structure based on the size of the bag.Retail Price Guide:
