Not all courriers are careful handling your packages and bicycles, if packed poorly, can arrive at their new owner ready for the dustbin – and very likely having to reimburse your buyer. 1. Visit your local bicycle shop and ask them if they have any cardboard bicycle boxes left, and ask them if they can give one to you.
2. Buy some heavy duty and ‘fragile handle with care’ tape
3. A roll of bubble wrap and some spare cardboard boxes to insert into the main carrier box to hold he frame still
4. Choose a reliable courier that offers insurance on goods
