As in 2019, Alé renews its partnership with the Giro d’Italia Under 23 for 2020 again. The ranking leaders’ jersey will feature Alé’s unmistakable and innovative design. The fifth stage of the Giro Under 23 will start from the factory in Bonferraro di Sorgà (VR).
Bonferraro di Sorgà (VR) 21 January 2020 – Alé renews the partnership with the most demanding and prestigious stage race in the world, dedicated to young cyclists: the Giro d’Italia under 23.
The jerseys of the 2020 edition, scheduled from 4 to 14 June 2020 will, in fact, be designed by Alé.
The Giro d’Italia under 23 unveiled its route today, during the official presentation that was held at the Westin Palace Hotel in Milan. The 10-stage race will start from Urbino – an occasion to celebrate the 500th year since the death of the great Renaissance painter Raffaello Sanzio – and will end in Aprica, at the end of a suggestive stage called “Double the Mortirolo”. Five regions of Italy will be crossed, with a route almost 1,300 km long that will put to test the young cyclists’ skills.
Stage no. 5, on 9 June 2020, the one that starts from Bonferraro di Sorgà (VR) is of special importance for Alé: the Giro Giovani, in fact, will start right from the square in front of the company. It will be a festive occasion and also a way to share, with all those who work in Alé and with all the fans who will want to take part, a moment of great cycling. The 5th stage is also of high cultural depth: it will end in Lessinia, in Bolca (municipality of Vestenanova, VR), a candidate for Unesco Heritage for its fossil finds.
In support of the partnership with the Giro d’Italia under 23, Alé has developed a series of initiatives, addressed both to the Under 23 cyclists and to the world of amateurs. With the company vans and tents Alé will be at every stage, so as to offer its many fans the opportunity to see the brand’s innovative clothing collections up close.
